YLKK verticale asynchrone motorOverzicht

YLKK-serie hoogspanningsdriefase asynchrone motoren (centraal hoogte 315-630) is ons bedrijf met geavanceerde technologie in binnen- en buitenland, in combinatie met de praktische ervaring van ons bedrijf in de productie van hoogspanningsmotoren, is een upgradeproduct op basis van de oorspronkelijke YLKK-serie hoogspanningsmotoren.

Deze serie van producten is uitgebreid, goed vervaardigd, met een hoge kracht-indicator, klein lawaai en trillingen, hoge betrouwbaarheid, gebruik van installatie, gemakkelijk onderhoud en andere voordelen.

De vermogensklasse, de installatiegrootte en de elektrische prestaties van deze serie motoren voldoen aan de GB / T4772.1-2-1999 "Rotatiemotor grootte en uitgangsvermogensklasse", GB755-2008 "Rotatiemotor quota en prestaties" en voldoen aan de GB30254-2013 "Energie-efficiëntie grenswaarden en energie-efficiëntie klasse van asynchrone motoren met hoge spanning en drie fasen" nationale energie-efficiëntie standaard van de derde niveau.

De koelmethode van deze serie elektromotoren is IC611 of IC616 volgens de standaard GB / T1993-1993 en IEC60034-5 "Rotatiemotor koelmethode", als de gebruiker andere koelmethoden afzonderlijk onderhandelt.

De basisinstallatiemethode van deze serie elektrische motoren is de verticale band flens (IMV1) structuur, in overeenstemming met GB / T997-2008 en IEC60034-7 "Type draaimotor structuur, installatie en classificatie van de locatie van de aansluitingskast (IM-code)".

De basisgegevens van de motoren die in deze steekproef worden behandeld zijn als volgt:

Aantal zitplaatsen: 315mm - 630mm;

同步转速： 3000r/min, 1500 r/min, 1000 r/min, 750 r/min, 600 r/min, 500 r/min;

Nominale spanning: 6kV, 10kV (motors met andere spanningen kunnen ook worden vervaardigd op bestelling);

Nominale frequentie: 50Hz (motors van 60Hz kunnen ook worden vervaardigd op bestelling (met uitzondering van 2-poolsmotoren));

Vermogen bereik: 200kW -4500kW;

Deze reeks producten zijn voornamelijk geschikt voor ventilatoren, waterpompen, compressoren, brekers, chipmachines, transportmachines en andere soortgelijke machines in de industrie van olie, chemische industrie, kolen, elektriciteitscentrales, metallurgie, vervoer, textiel, geneeskunde en voedselverwerking.

YLKK verticale asynchrone motorStructuur kenmerken

De elektrische motor maakt gebruik van een doosvormige structuur, de zetplaats wordt gelast door een stalen plaat in de vorm van een doos, licht gewicht en goede stijfheid. Boven de motor wordt een leeg-leeg koeler geïnstalleerd.

De stator maakt gebruik van een externe drukstructuur, de stator wordt opgewikkeld met 155 (F) -isolatiemateriaal, de 10kV-motor maakt gebruik van betrouwbare anti-coronale maatregelen, het windende einde heeft een betrouwbare bevestiging en binding, en het vacuümdruk impregnatie oplosmiddelvrij verfproces (VPI) wordt behandeld, dus de motor heeft goede isolatieprestaties, hoge mechanische sterkte, sterke vochtbestendigheid en een lange levensduur.

De muis kooi rotor heeft twee structuren van gegoten aluminium en koperen, gemaakt met behulp van geavanceerde betrouwbare gegoten aluminium proces of lasproces, en gecontroleerd door de dynamische balans, zodat de motor vlot en betrouwbaar werkt.

Het lager wordt gebruikt in twee vormen van rollagers en schuiflagers, bepaald door de grootte van het vermogen van de motor en de hoge en lage toerental, de beschermingsklasse is IP54 of IP55, het rollager is voorzien van een non-stop olieinjectie-apparaat.

De hoofdaansluitingsdoos is geplaatst aan de rechterkant van de motor (vanuit het oogpunt van de as), kan ook worden geplaatst aan de linkerkant volgens de eisen van de gebruiker, de aansluitingsdoos is voorzien van een afzonderlijke aardingsaansluiting binnen en buiten, wanneer het vermogen ≥ 2000 kW, is de motor voorzien van een neutraal punt aansluitingsdoos.

Temperatuurmeetapparaten worden toegevoegd aan belangrijke delen zoals stator-winding, lagers en andere, voor eenvoudige bewaking op grote afstand om de veilige en betrouwbare werking van de motor te garanderen.
